Who we are
Energ (“we”, “us”) is an independent publication at energ.theblissfulmind.store. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, why, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at hello@energ.theblissfulmind.store.
Information we collect
Information you give us
This site has no registration, no accounts and no forms. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email (for example, when you ask a question or report a correction). We use it solely to respond to you, and we don’t add you to marketing lists.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data needed to serve and secure the site: your IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and similar server logs. This is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics — not to profile you individually.
Cookies
Energ itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only local storage we use is your browser’s memory of the savings-estimator slider position while you interact with that page; it never leaves your device. If third-party fonts (Google Fonts) are fetched by your browser, those requests are handled under Google’s own policies; you can block them with standard browser settings and the site will fall back to system fonts.
Affiliate & advertising disclosure
Some links on this site to energyogre.com are promotional. If you click them and sign up, we may receive compensation from Energy Ogre’s referral program, at no additional cost to you. Clicking such a link takes you to a third-party website with its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read — we do not receive, and never see, the personal information you submit there. This compensation never influences our editorial content.
How we use information
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
- To respond to messages you send us;
- To understand aggregate readership (e.g., total page views) and improve our guides.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We don’t share it with third parties except where required by law or necessary to operate the site (e.g., our hosting provider processing logs on our behalf).
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your rights and choices
You can browse this site without providing any personal information. If you have emailed us and want your message deleted, just ask — we’ll remove it from our mailbox. Depending on your jurisdiction (including Texas and the EEA/UK), you may have additional rights regarding personal data; because we collect almost none, there is usually nothing for us to action beyond deleting correspondence.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We don’t operate databases of personal information, which limits what there is to protect — and we like it that way.
