By accessing energ.theblissfulmind.store (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. What the Site is

Energ is an independent, informational publication about saving on electricity in Texas, with a current focus on the Energy Ogre membership service. We are not Energy Ogre, we don’t operate its service, and we can’t access member accounts, prices, or contracts. “Energy Ogre” is a trademark of Energy Ogre, LLC, used here for identification and commentary.

3. No professional advice

All content — including savings estimates, calculators and guides — is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, or utility advice, and it is not a guarantee of any savings. Electricity plans, prices and membership terms change frequently; always verify current details directly with the provider before making a decision.

4. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure

The Site links to third-party websites, including energyogre.com, over which we have no control and for which we assume no responsibility. Some of those links are promotional: if you sign up through them, we may receive compensation at no additional cost to you. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission, not to interfere with its operation, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

The text, design and code of the Site are owned by Energ and protected by copyright. Third-party names and marks (such as Energy Ogre) belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including decisions you make about electricity plans or services. If you enter a membership or contract with a third party, that relationship is between you and them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
